No setup charges, no minimum order. Quantity discounts are available.  All product prices are subject to change at any time. We ship anywhere in the continental USA via USPS. As most of our items are small, we prefer the USPS Flat Rate shipping as it is the most economical.  Contact us for shipping outside the USA.

Important Information!!

Before you place an order with us, please remember, we do not sell pre-printed items like you would pick up in a department store. We ARE a custom imprinter, meaning ALL our items are blank until we imprint them with your photos, business logo or your own digital art. This is our advantage over the already printed items you see everyday. You can design your own images and truly have it “your way!”   You will have to send the digital files you want imprinted to us via email or USPS.

If the error is our fault, we will fix it free and fast! If we catch something that we believe will cause problems, we will contact you asap. If the error is not obvious and the item is imprinted and delivered, you will be responsible for cost of replacement with the corrected design. We will do our best to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your order


For photo imprints, a clear, high resolution image works best. Most digital cameras make high-res
photos by default. We do not restore photos. If the photo is out of focus, the imprint will be the same. If you are going to be scanning photos, please make sure to scan at a resolution of no less than 200 dpi. Consult  your scanning software on how to adjust your scanning resolution. If you do not have access to a photo scanner, you may send your photos to us by USPS. They will be returned to you unharmed (or in the condition in which they arrived) with your order. If the photo you want to send is of “high value” to you or only one copy exists, you will need to have someone scan it for you. DO NOT send unreplaceable photos  by USPS. We are not responsible for lost photos. Please call or email if you have questions.

File Preparation: Here are some helpful tips for getting your files ready to send. Specify which file goes on which product. For example, if you’re ordering two mugs, a ceramic tile and a mousepad and want a different image on each. Name the files for the product you want them imprinted on (ex. mug1, mug2, tile, mousepad). This will make sure the correct image goes on the correct product. We will size the images for product they will be imprinted on. If there is a problem, we will contact you.

We use the PayPal Shopping Cart and Checkout System. Find the item you want to purchase CalMir Designs Store and click the "Add To Cart" button.    Payment processing is secure through PayPal and you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. We accept all major credit/debit cards and direct PayPal payments. If you are not comfortable ordering online please contact us by phone or email and we will take your order the old fashioned way! If not using the online ordering system, payment can be made by company check, bank check, personal check or money order. If paying by personal check, your order will be held until the check clears the bank.

Please note: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on imprinted items.
